Three Worthwhile Steps
Collect Data from CLC
and your Hotel's PMS
To perform an audit of your CLC, we need two datasets. The first, is your Sleep Detail data, quickly downloadable from your CLC portal.

The second data set, is from your hotel's PMS. Use our template to enter your reservation information from your hotel's property management software. Make sure to include all reservations that have been billed to CLC's direct bill account, even if you've marked them as paid or already adjusted off the room revenue.

Our $199 fee is the same if you provide 1 month's worth of reservation information or 3 years.
Receive Your
CLC Audit Results
Our team will process the data you provided within 24 hours and provide you a report that lists out which reservations need to be either fully or partially billed to CLC.
You can then take this data and gather the documentation for these reservations and manually bill CLC!

What does this get you?
We will audit your data and produce a report showing reservations which haven't been billed to CLC. You'll then be able to use this list to submit your manual billings via fax to CLC.

Which data do you need to submit?
You'll need to provide two sets of data as excel sheets (.CSV format).
The first is an excel document produced from CLC's Sleep Detail Page.
The second set of data is the list of reservations from your PMS. Fill out
our template (downloadable here) with each reservation's confirmation number, room number, check in/out date, and guest name.
Remember that both sets of data should cover the same time period.
